I have the structural drawings for a new water-treatment plant and need an accurate quantity take-off for every RCC component that goes into it. The facility centres on a chemical-treatment line, with chlorine as the primary agent, so all tanks, reaction chambers, beams, columns and slabs tied to that process must be captured in the numbers. Please extract and tabulate: • Concrete volumes and formwork areas • Reinforcement weights with a concise bar-bending schedule • Any embedded items or starter bars that will affect pour sequences I am comfortable reviewing in Excel, but you may build the model in AutoCAD, Revit or any other software you prefer—just share the source file alongside the final BOQ. Quantities must align with IS codes and be broken down by pour location so procurement can follow easily. Send a brief note confirming you can start immediately and the timeframe you’ll need once drawings are in hand; I’ll forward the PDFs and DWGs straight away.
