The project is strictly residential, and the focus is on a sound, code-compliant foundation layout that my local building department will approve without delay. You’ll receive the architectural drawings right away, along with the geotechnical report once we start. Using your preferred software—AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAFE, or similar—please size all footings, specify reinforcement, and document every assumption you make. Deliverables • Foundation plan, sections, and details in DWG and PDF • Structural calculation package in PDF (clearly referencing local codes) • Concise design notes listing loads, soil parameters, and key checks If you can provide an engineer’s stamp for my state, mention it; otherwise, an unstamped set is fine and I’ll arrange the final seal locally.
