Hi, I recently modeled a multi-level residential building structure in Revit where I created foundations, columns, beams, and slab systems from engineer mark-ups and coordinated them with the architectural model to keep the BIM model clash-free. Con mis más de 15 años usando Revit, puedo encargarme de modelar fundaciones, vigas, columnas, losas y todo el núcleo estructural directamente en Revit 2026, manteniendo todo parametrizado y bien vinculado para que después cualquier ajuste sea sencillo. Trabajo con familias limpias, plantillas de vistas y worksets ordenados, y te voy pasando avances en PDF para que revises en Navisworks sin complicaciones. Te entrego el modelo nativo, los planos en PDF y DWG listos para permiso, y un reporte de interferencias garantizando que no haya conflictos duros en la estructura.
