I have existing scan data for a healthcare project (PCH) and need a clean, well-organized BIM model that focuses on the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. The scans capture the as-built conditions; your task is to interpret that information and translate it into a coordinated Revit model ready for downstream use. I’m looking for Revit models delivered at LOD 300 for the general layout and LOD 350 where component detail and accurate fabrication data are essential. All geometry must align accurately with the scan, follow standard MEP families, and be organized with clear naming, worksets, and systems. make sure you have dynamo and revit licence
