Vastu-Compliant Hostel Layout Design

I’m starting from a blank canvas and need a complete hostel layout that follows Vastu principles while giving every resident a comfortable, modern experience. Because I don’t have any existing drawings or dimensions yet, I’m relying on you to develop the full spatial strategy from scratch and then translate it into clear, build-ready plans. What I want to see improved and fully resolved: • Dormitory arrangement – the whole facility will be based on triple-occupancy rooms, so circulation, privacy, and storage must work seamlessly in pairs. • Common areas – lounge, study, dining, and any flexible social zones should flow logically and sit on their ideal Vastu axes. • Bathroom layout – efficient plumbing lines are important, but so is a layout that avoids negative energy pockets and keeps wet areas hygienic and easy to maintain. Deliverables 1. A concept layout (hand-sketch or schematic PDF) showing overall zoning and Vastu rationale. 2. Final scaled floor plan in AutoCAD/Revit (or equivalent editable file) including room sizes, wall thicknesses, doors, windows, and basic furniture blocks. 3. A short Vastu compliance note highlighting the main directional placements and remedies you have applied. 4. One revision round to fine-tune any functional details after my review. Acceptance criteria: the finished plan must accommodate the target bed count with only double pr triple-occupancy rooms, dedicate clear square footage to common spaces and bathrooms, and map each key area—entrance, kitchen/pantry, toilets, sleeping zones—onto the appropriate Vastu sectors.
