Manufacturing Safety Audit & Assessment

On-site in Orlando Florida and ITAR eligible are required. I’m looking for a seasoned health-and-safety professional to tighten up workplace safety throughout our mid-sized manufacturing facility. Our immediate priorities are an on-site full safety audit/inspection of the plant and a set of risk assessments that translate directly into practical, actionable recommendations. You’ll need a solid grasp of OSHA requirements, machine-guarding standards, hazardous chemical protection and any other regulations that typically apply to production lines, warehousing and loading docks. Familiarity with ISO 19001 or similar frameworks is a plus, but the real value for us is your ability to walk the floor, spot hazards quickly and turn those findings into clear guidance our supervisors can implement without jargon. Deliverables • Comprehensive safety audit report covering each department, with photos where helpful • Risk assessment matrix that ranks hazards by likelihood/severity and suggests controls • Debrief session (live or virtual) so I can walk my leadership team through your findings and next steps I’ll provide site maps, incident logs and access to key personnel ahead of your visit.
