rooms

the conferences i organize occur in rooms (room 001, 002, 003, ...). on the admin side i would like to have a page in which i could

create any number of rooms (rooms database)

create room availability: (here i would have access to a bimonthly (default = current month+next month) calendar in which i manually (easily) select time ranges or dayly ranges for room availability (green=available (default) - red = not available)

i would like in admin to be able to input in which room conferences will occur

so once i have assigned a conference to a room, it becomes red (not available) in that room's calendar

inversely, if i de-assign a room from a conference, it goes back to green

i should also be able in admin to manually assign periods of unavailability for the room (red).

as far as holidays go, i should be able to create holidays somewhere in admin and assign them to all calendars at once (yellow) - during holidays, the rooms can be rented but there is a percentage in addition to the normal rate (<holsupplement> %)

on the user side, i would like visitors to

- have direct access to rooms & room availability (through a link in the 'Informations' box (left column)

- be able to book room rental date(s).

additionnally, an invoice will be generated automatically and sent to the renter, for the rental fee(s) we charge - plus a copy to me
