I clean the shot in After Effects with Mocha planar tracks on the ground and fence planes, patch each trailer and RV from clean frames earlier or later in the same move so the replacement is real footage rather than a paint guess, and hold the patches with tracked masks so nothing breathes or ghosts when you scrub it. Grain rebuilt over the patched area at the end, which is what usually gives these away on a paused frame. Two days, delivered in the same 4K H.264 at the original frame rate, with the After Effects project so you can see the layers.
