Cold-calling/telemarketing specialist needed to contact Australian small businesses on behalf of a major Business Telecommunications company to book telephone appointments/generate sales leads.
Primary focus is on setting appointments/generating leads for fixed telephone and ADSL internet, however VOIP and other complex solutions can be catered for.
We need someone who is experienced in making a high quantity of calls to reach as many potential sales prospects in the shortest amount of time (100-200 calls per day), with a quick record for the outcome of each call (decision maker name, interested Y/N and why, any other information that is offered), but the primary focus/outcome is on QUALITY leads/appointments- generate real interest and let us do the selling.
Candidate must have:
- extensive prior experience cold calling/telemarketing
- clear and articulate verbal skills with a neutral accent
- the ability to work during Australian business hours (EST)
- necessary equipment to make calls to Australian businesses (must be a clear line)
Ideally, the candidate will also have some Telco background, and/or experience calling Australian businesses.
We are looking for a short term trial (approx. 1 week) to start ASAP, as such we want someone to work WITH us not just for us: any value/suggestions from our candidate will be gratefully considered, and with the right results will lead to more work on an ongoing permanent basis.
