I run a fast-growing private jet brokerage and I need a sales manager who lives and breathes client acquisition in the corporate space. Your mission is simple: bring in new corporate flight departments, executive teams, and travel managers that rely on on-demand charter, jet cards, or block hours. Networking events will be your main hunting ground—NBAA conferences, regional business-aviation gatherings, chamber of commerce mixers, and any venue where decision-makers discuss corporate travel budgets. If you have a personal Rolodex of CEOs, COOs, or executive assistants, even better. Feel free to supplement those contacts with cold outreach or email nurturing if you think it moves the needle, but face-to-face relationship building should dominate your strategy. Day-to-day expectations • Build and manage a live pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce—your choice). • Coordinate in real time with our ops team for pricing, aircraft availability, and trip customization. • Deliver concise weekly reports on leads generated, quotes issued, and deals closed. • Represent the brand professionally at trade shows and follow up relentlessly after each event. Acceptance criteria 1. Ten qualified corporate prospects added to the CRM within your first 30 days. 2. Three signed charter agreements or jet-card conversions by the end of month two. 3. Consistent, accurate reporting every Friday before close of business. You should already know the language of Part 135 operators, peak-day surcharges, and fuel stops, and you must be comfortable negotiating five- and six-figure trip contracts with C-level buyers. Location is flexible as long as you can travel to key events. When you reply, outline a recent win that demonstrates you can close complex B2B travel deals and sketch your 90-day action plan for tapping the corporate market through networking events.
