My manufacturing firm needs Three Technical Sales Engineers onboarding who already understand rice-mill and dall-mill equipment,colour sortex n screw air compressors inside out. I’m looking for an HR professional or recruiter who can take full ownership of the hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and guiding me right up to the offer stage. Industry context We operate in manufacturing, so every candidate must be comfortable talking shop on the factory floor as well as in the boardroom. Senior-level experience is non-negotiable; they should arrive with a successful track record of closing complex capital-equipment deals and the confidence to lead customer demos without hand-holding. Critical technical requirement Candidates must show real-world awareness of rice-mill or dall-mill equipment—brands, process flow, common pain points, installation considerations and maintenance cycles. I’m open to additional strengths such as data-driven sales reporting or ERP familiarity, but the milling expertise is the line in the sand. Your scope • Build and vet a talent pipeline within three weeks • Present a shortlist of 5-7 fully qualified, highly motivated prospects • Coordinate first and second round of interviews on my calendar • Run reference checks and salary-fit assessments • Hand over complete candidate dossiers so I can make the final decision with confidence Acceptance criteria I will consider the job complete once one hire has signed an employment contract and a backup candidate is on standby.
