I am looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Consultant (preferably with real estate experience) who can help me build and implement a complete sales system for my business. Scope of Work: 1. SOP, KPI & JD Development: * Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) * Define Key Performance Indicators (KPI) * Prepare Job Descriptions (JD) for each role 3. Target & Incentive System: * Daily, weekly, and monthly targets: * Calls * Site visits * Bookings * Design incentive structure and calculation model 4. Sales Process & System: * Lead to closure process * Follow-up system * Customer handling framework 5. Reporting & Dashboard: * Daily/weekly/monthly reporting formats * Owner-level dashboard for tracking performance 6. Performance Management: * Performance review system * Team evaluation method 7. Training System: * New staff onboarding training * Monthly sales training program * Customer dealing & closing training 8. Marketing Strategy: * Basic marketing plan for lead generation * Online + offline strategy 9. Automation: * Suggest tools or CRM (manual or automated system) Requirements: * Must have experience in building sales systems * Real estate experience preferred * Should provide practical implementation (not just theory) * Ability to conduct online/offline training Deliverables: * Complete sales system setup * SOP, KPI, JD documents * Training support * Implementation guidance Please share your experience, past work, and approach.
