Sales Director for LIFT Enrichment

IFT Enrichment is hiring a Sales Director to join our team! About the company: At LIFT Enrichment, we teach healthy culinary workshops to students at low-income schools across California and New York. The company was founded in 2010, and our mission is to make healthy cooking FUN for children :) We partner with school districts and charter schools to bring our workshops to their students and help them form an essential skill that will last a lifetime - being able to make a healthy meal for themselves. Our workshops are also educational and fun. We focus on recipes with veggies (like spinach, zucchini, and cauliflower), teach about the nutritional and cultural components behind each recipe, and inspire children to make healthy recipes at home. About the role: As a Sales Director, you will lead a team of 6 sales representatives who help us partner with school districts. Your main role will be to keep the team accountable, ensure our processes are followed, and help LIFT Enrichment grow. Some of the responsibilities include leading the weekly sales meeting, conducting training for current and new team members, and making sure your team stays on track with their metrics and goals by following our processes. Requirements: 1+ year of remote sales management experience Fluent English Growth-oriented with great attention to detail Professional, upbeat, and with a strong Zoom presence Comfortable working PST hours remotely Experience in education is a plus. Your compensation will consist of a base salary plus performance-based bonuses, with expected total earnings ranging from $5,000 to $8,000 USD per month.
