In Latvia, we've successfully developed private villages in both Mārupe and Salaspils.
Now, we've set our sights on exporting these small houses to foreign countries, delivering a top-notch product of unparalleled quality. That's precisely why we're on the lookout for exceptional sales representatives in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. We seek individuals who are either native to these countries or possess fluency in their respective languages.
Here are the required skills for this role:
- Proficiency in the language of the specific country, as well as a strong command of English, both in speaking and writing.
- Preferably, a solid understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales prowess that knows no bounds.
-Competency in handling computer tasks.
- Bonus points if you have prior experience in real estate or small house sales.
Let's delve into the details of the work at hand:
- Your primary responsibility will be selling our small houses.
- You'll be tasked with identifying potential clients who are involved in short-term rental ventures, such as AirBnB, [login to view URL], campgrounds, and holiday house providers, among others.
- You'll need to maintain effective communication with clients and our team to ensure an exceptional purchasing experience for the customers.
- Assistance will be required in managing the exportation of our products to foreign countries.
- You'll be responsible for promptly responding to phone calls and emails.
Now, let's talk remuneration and benefits:
- For each house you successfully sell, you'll receive a payment of 1500 EUR.
- Additionally, if you manage to sell three or more houses in a single transaction, you'll earn an extra bonus of 500 euros for each subsequent house.
Since our collaboration will primarily rely on video calls, phone conversations, and emails, we're more than willing to provide you with comprehensive training on the ins and outs of tiny houses. This will ensure that you possess a thorough understanding of the product we offer and can effectively promote it to potential customers.
