Real Estate Investor needs Sales material

Hello I am look to create a Door Hanger/Brochure about my business. I am a professional Real Estate Investor buying property from homeowners behind on payments and/or in foreclosure. Bidder should have experience in writing sales copy and experience in Real Estate is a big plus. As well as the door hanger, I would also like someone to assist me in putting together some information for a sales presentation when meeting with sellers. I have put together a few ideas of my own. This should be simple as I will provide references and material which I posses. But the material is generic and not directed towards my company so I would like it to be based around my company and image. The sales material should include a one page FAQ, Advantages of working with us, a side by side comparison between selling to us or listing with a realtor. I am felxible on the presentation material so if you have ideas of our own I am open to hearing about them. The objective of this material is to bring credibility and professionalism and more importantly this material should be able to answer most questions and concerns the seller will have before they arise to compel them to work with us.
