Process Name: UK’s Leading Retail Brand Campaign
Product Coverage: Gas and electricity, broadband and telephone bills, PPI, mortgage and satellite TV plus Others
• Surveys are conducted over the phone.
• Estimated length: 3 minutes maximum
• All responses are entered to an On-line Form
• Quality monitoring is real time
• Recordings of all surveys are required to be 100% uploaded by the centers to an FTP site
• Calling Data is provided
• Area Coverage: United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
• Pre-requisite: Above 18 and member of the household
• Window: 8:30am to 8:30pm GMT - Monday to Saturday
• Customers that we are looking for are those:
I. Interested in saving on their gas and electricity bills
II. Interested to save on their broadband and telephone bills
III. Who had an endowment mortgage
IV. Who paid PPI on loan mortgage or credit card
V. Who subscribed to Sky television
• Initial contract term is 3 months termed as the “evaluation period”. We will be extending the contract long term depending on the centers performance
• Minimum of 10 agents
• Can start immediately or has the capacity to start within 2 days after responding to this post
• Capable to record 100% of calls
• Daily Disposition Report
