Account Manager

ACCOUNT MANAGER - (SALARY + BONUS)

Our client is looking for a results-driven Account Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage with our existing and potential Trading Partners.

Responsibilities

Present, and offer products using our cost competitive pricing to existing and prospective trading partners.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and partner relationships.

Reach out to potential trading partners through cold calling.

You will be engaging with the partner’s to both offer them and purchase products from them.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed upon sales/purchasing targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate efforts with team members and other departments

Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales/purchases via status reports.

Supply management with reports on partner’s needs and offers.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Continuously improve through feedback

Find potential leads and build your pipeline.

Job Requirements

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or account Representative previously

Excellent knowledge of MS Office / Google Docs, especially Excel

Familiarity with CRM(VTiger) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or purchasing

Excellent selling, purchasing, negotiation and communication skills

Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field would be considered an asset.

You must be fluent (written/spoken) in both English & Spanish.

Home Office/Work Requirements

You will be expected to work 7 hours daily/ 5 days per week, Mon - Fri.

Timings will depend on where the marketing campaign is located.

You will be required to use screen tracking software.

You must have a newer model computer.

Noise-canceling headsets

Quiet place to work from with no background noises.

You must fast Internet connection speed

Power/Internet backup would be considered beneficial.

Compensation: 300.00 Usd/ Monthly+ Bonuses (for 3-month probation period, then an evaluation will be done)
