As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for bringing in new business and deals while we manage all operational work. This is a commission-based position where you will earn a percentage or commission on each deal closed. How It Works: - Role: As a Business Developer, your job is to find and bring in new clients for our digital development and marketing services. - Responsibilities: You'll identify potential clients, present our services, negotiate deals, and secure contracts. - Commission/Percentage Structure: You earn a percentage of each deal closed, based on the total value of the project. - Operational Work: We handle project management and delivery, allowing you to focus solely on sales. - Payment: Your earnings are directly tied to your performance, with payments made after deals are finalized.
