We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from home, answer telephone calls, live chats and emails to a high standard in Danish. Over the years we have built up a following from our customers, particularly in Denmark. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and offering a service that leaves our customers amazed.
What do you need?
At least 1 year’s previous experience either directly within customer services or similar.
Be able to work from home on a freelance basis.
Excellent skills of Danish language, both written and oral.
PC / Internet literate to a good standard.
Great at time management, well organised.
Have a good computer and a stable internet connection at home.
Any relevant direct experience would be advantageous.
An interest in natural healthcare and/or supplements would be great.
We are predominantly looking for people who can work 30 hours per week Monday- Friday.
