Your brief is to devise and refine a sales playbook that makes our gensets the obvious choice for industrial plants, real-estate developers, data centres, hospitals and infrastructure projects across the country. This will involve mapping high-value segments, sharpening our value proposition, and outlining practical steps for both digital outreach (LinkedIn, Google Ads, industry portals, SEO-driven landing pages, a CRM workflow) and traditional tactics such as dealer enablement, EPC tie-ups, roadshows and specification selling with consultants. Deliverables • A 90-day action plan describing target segments, positioning messages and channel priorities • Recommended online campaign structure with indicative budgets, keywords and creatives • Offline roll-out schedule covering dealer/distributor activation, event participation and site demos • Sales collateral templates: pitch deck, proposal format, ROI calculator and case-study outline • KPI matrix and reporting cadence so my internal team can track pipeline health in Salesforce or Zoho CRM Acceptance criteria The plan must be detailed enough for my in-house sales managers to execute immediately, include realistic quarterly revenue targets by kVA band, and list at least three measurable touchpoints per channel.
