Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Vietnam (Commission Only) We are looking for a motivated Vietnam-based Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us introduce our ERP software to cashew processing factories. About the Role - Reach out to cashew factories in Vietnam. - Build relationships with factory owners and managers. - Understand their current workflow and systems. - Identify their operational challenges. - Explain how our Cashew ERP can improve their business. - Schedule product demos with our team and support the sales process. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. We do not provide a fixed monthly salary. You will earn an attractive percentage for every successful deal that closes through your efforts. Who We're Looking For - Fluent in Vietnamese (English is a plus). - Good communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience in B2B sales or the cashew industry is an advantage. - Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
