Here’s how success looks from my side: • Direct deals you close with a university trigger a USD 10,000 payout. • Deals sealed by any rep you supervise trigger a USD 5,000 payout to you. You told me you are comfortable handling both roles and that you already have solid, hands-on ERP experience in the education space—exactly what this project demands. Day to day you will prospect, demo the platform, negotiate—with the help of case studies and pricing I supply—and then coach the offshore team to replicate that same close-rate. CRM access, product training, and technical support are provided; what I need is your sales drive, strategic oversight, and native-level communication that resonates with university decision-makers. If you cant take up both roles, you can take up one which ever is fine. Acceptance criteria for each milestone: 1. Signed licence agreement from a university or higher-ed institution. 2.
