ERP Sales Rep for Cashew Industry

Incentive-Based SDR / Sales Representative for Cashisoft ERP (Cashew Industry) About Us We have built Cashisoft ERP, a specialized ERP software designed exclusively for the cashew processing industry. Our mission is to help cashew factories streamline operations, improve visibility, and increase efficiency through digital transformation. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Self-Managed Sales Representative to help us connect with cashew processing companies and generate qualified sales opportunities. Location Preference - Preference will be given to candidates from India. - Experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, ERP/software sales, or the cashew industry is highly preferred. Your Responsibilities - Research and identify cashew processing companies. - Find and connect with key decision-makers such as: - Factory Owners - Directors - Managing Directors - Operations Heads - Plant Managers - Understand the company's current systems and operational challenges. - Explain how Cashisoft ERP can improve their processes and solve their problems. - Build and maintain a sales pipeline. - Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with qualified prospects. - Maintain records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups. Who We Are Looking For - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. - Experience in B2B sales or industrial sectors. - Familiarity with ERP/software sales is a plus. - Knowledge of the cashew industry is an added advantage. - Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other outreach methods. Compensation This is a purely incentive-based opportunity. - We are NOT offering a monthly salary or fixed retainer. - Compensation will be based on successful conversions/sales as per mutually agreed incentives. - Please apply only if you are comfortable working on a performance and incentive basis.
