Ningbo ECO Group is a dynamically developing trading company, a direct supplier of hand tools and garden equipment, power tools, welding equipment, household goods and other products. With over 29 years in the market, as a direct importer for brands such as WORTEX, BULL, MOLOT, FERMER, ECO, ECOTERM, SOLARIS, STARTUL and many others, we successfully partner with distributors in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Moldova and other countries. We’re expanding into Australia and seeking a motivated Independent Sales Agent based in Sydney to represent our products. This is a part-time, commission-based role. Our flexible partnership model offers: ✅ High commission rates (up to 15% on initial orders). ✅ Scalable opportunity (potential to transition to a full-time, long-term agency agreement). ✅ Freedom of action and an opportunity for development in the field of international sales. ✅ Ongoing support from our experienced team. Your Role: ✅ Identify, target, and secure new B2B partnerships with Australian importers and distributors to drive revenue growth across our product lines. ✅ Proactively promote our product range, converting prospects into long-term clients through expert knowledge and persuasion. ✅ Take ownership of key account negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnership agreements. Qualifications We Seek: ✅ A proven history of driving B2B sales growth and building a robust network within the Australian industrial, hardware, or tools market. ✅ Exceptional negotiation and client relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals, specifically container-sized orders (FCL). ✅ Professional English proficiency (Native or Professional working proficiency) for clear communication and reporting. ✅ Prior sales experience in the tools, welding, hardware, or garden equipment sector is a distinct advantage.
