The Land School of Management is recruiting independent Business Developers based in France and across Europe. The objective is to structure, develop, and activate educational, institutional, and professional partnerships that will increase student recruitment for our campuses in France. Your mission : Your role is strategic: you will contribute to building a sustainable and effective network of partners. Your responsibilities include: - Developing partnerships with international high schools, educational agencies, sports - organizations, student associations, and local institutions. - Establishing regular and measurable recruitment flows. - Representing the school to educational and professional stakeholders. - Participating in fairs, forums, and international events (on-site or online). - Ensuring high-quality follow-up of candidates coming from your partnerships. - Identifying development opportunities in your country or region. Profil sought : - Independant professional based in an EU country or Switzerland. - Experience in business development, international recruitment, education, mobility or partnerships. - Ability to negotiate, structure, and maintain institutional relationships. - Proficiency in French or English (bilingualism appreciated). - Strong autonomy, strategic mindset, and ability to represent an academic instituion. Compensation : €1,000 per erolled student, regardless of the recruitment channel. +€500 bonus for each partnerships that reaches an effectivness threshold (e.g., 5 confirmed enrollments). The bonus is not linked to the signature of the partnership, but to its actual activation and measurable results.
