Position Summary We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Virtual Assistant for Sales and Promotion to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and promotion, with a focus on attracting and closing bookings for weddings, corporate events, and organized tourism groups. This role is key to expanding our presence in the U.S. market and maximizing booking. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation • Identify, contact, and follow up with potential clients, wedding planners, and travel agencies across the U.S. • Use multiple channels including social media, email, phone calls, and virtual trade shows. Inquiry Management • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries. • Provide detailed, accurate information about, spaces, and packages. Presentation & Sales Conduct personalized virtual presentations and virtual tours of the hacienda. • Prepare tailored proposals and negotiate contracts for weddings, corporate events, and group bookings. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, wedding planners, and agencies. Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals. Internal Coordination Act as the main liaison between U.S.-based clients and the operations team in Mexico. Ensure all event details, timelines, and client expectations are clearly communicated. Market Analysis • Monitor U.S. wedding and events market trends. • Identify new business opportunities, niche markets, and partnership opportunities. Skills and Qualifications • Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or luxury tourism. • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the U.S. weddings and events market. • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals. • Technology: Proficient in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and social media channels. • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Autonomy: Self-motivated and capable of working independently while consistently meeting sales targets.
