What the role looks like day-to-day • Generate a steady flow of qualified leads through any mix of outreach, events, partnerships or digital initiatives you’re confident will work for the early-years market. • Welcome prospective parents on site, deliver engaging tours that showcase our classrooms and philosophy, and handle every question with warmth and authority. • Follow up promptly after each interaction, guiding families through fees, forms and timelines until the seat is confirmed. The background that will set you up for success You’ve already sold in the education sector and are comfortable working to clear, measurable targets. That experience has given you the storytelling skills to make a school’s value proposition resonate and the resilience to keep momentum high throughout the admission cycle. Essential strengths – Excellent communication that builds trust with parents from the first call onward – Strong presentation skills for one-to-one tours as well as small open-house sessions Acceptance criteria for deliverables 1. A 30-day action plan outlining lead-generation channels and tour schedule 2. Weekly reports summarising inquiries, tours conducted and conversion status 3.
