Job Title: Freelance Sales & Marketing Consultant – Nordic Region (Pharma / MedTech / Food Processing) Location: Remote / Sweden, Denmark, Norway (must reside in or have strong local network in one of these countries) Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor (Commission-only / Outcome-based) Compensation Model: 100% commission on successfully closed deals / measurable outcomes Languages Required: Swedish, Danish, AND Norwegian (fluent/native level; English as working language) ________________________________________ About the Role We are seeking experienced, self-driven freelance sales and marketing professionals in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway to promote and sell solutions within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Food Processing sectors. You will act as an independent commercial agent, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals – with compensation tied directly to results (commission on sales or agreed KPIs). This is not a salaried position. Ideal for: • Independent sales agents • Industry consultants with an existing network • Freelance marketing specialists seeking performance-based income ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Sales Activities: • Identify and qualify B2B leads within pharma, medical devices, or food processing companies in your assigned Nordic country (Sweden, Denmark, or Norway). • Conduct consultative sales conversations (remote and/or face-to-face) with decision-makers (e.g., R&D managers, production heads, procurement, quality assurance). • Negotiate and close contracts with clients. • Coordinate with our internal team for product/service delivery after the sale. Marketing Activities (if applicable): • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns (digital, events, direct outreach) tailored to your market. • Translate/customize marketing materials into Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. • Represent the brand at industry fairs, conferences, or networking events in the Nordic region. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Must-Have: • Fluency in Swedish, Danish, and Norwegian (spoken and written) – non-negotiable. • Existing network OR proven ability to cold-penetrate pharma, medical device, or food processing companies in at least one of the three countries. • Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales/marketing experience in one of these sectors: o Pharmaceutical manufacturing/lab services o Medical devices / diagnostics / healthtech o Food processing / food safety / analytical instruments • Strong understanding of regulatory environment (e.g., GMP, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000) is a plus. • Self-starter with ability to work independently without a base salary. Nice-to-Have: • Existing freelance or agency registration (e.g., sole proprietorship / Enkeltmandsvirksomhed / Enkeltpersonforetak). • Experience selling to QA/QC, R&D, or production departments. • Knowledge of local industry associations (e.g., Lif Sweden, Danish Life Science Cluster, Oslo Cancer Cluster, Norwegian Food Research Institute).
