Job description: Field Sales Representative (Commission-Based to start with) Ontario (GTA, Hamilton, Waterloo) --- About Us Aalpha Sales is a growing B2B sales organization focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses adopt modern solutions such as payment systems (POS), telecom services, and business technology. We are building a field sales team focused on direct merchant acquisition across Ontario and are looking for motivated individuals who want to earn based on performance. --- Role Overview This is a commission-only opportunity with a clear path to leadership and salaried roles. You will be responsible for acquiring new business clients through direct outreach and field sales. --- What You’ll Do - Identify and engage potential business customers (retail, restaurants, services, etc.) - Conduct in-person outreach (plazas, business districts, storefronts) - Present and explain business solutions (POS systems, payment services, etc.) - Build and maintain your own pipeline of prospects - Submit qualified deals for approval and onboarding - Follow up with prospects to close deals --- Compensation - 100% commission-based - Earn per successful deal (typically $300–$1000+ per sale depending on deal size) - Performance bonuses available for consistent monthly results - Ongoing residual income opportunities on select deals --- Stage 1: Sales Representative (Month 0–4) Commission-only Focus: Learning + closing first deals Target: 5–10 deals/month Stage 2: Senior Sales Rep (Month 4–6) Higher commissions / bonuses Residual income participation Target: 10+ deals/month Stage 3: Team Lead (Month 6–12) Good performers will be promoted to Team Lead Includes: Base Pay + Override commission ($50–$100 per deal from team members) Opportunity to recruit and mentor new reps Performance-based monthly base allowance introduced ($1,500–$3,000 depending on team performance) Stage 4: Sales Manager (Month 12–24) For consistent high performers: Includes: Base salary + commission structure Team management (5–15 reps) Hiring and training responsibilities Compensation: Base: $3,000–$6,000/month team overrides + personal deals Long-Term Growth Regional Manager opportunities Leadership roles across multiple territories Full-time salaried leadership positions Earnings Potential - Part-time performers: $1,000 – $3,000/month - Full-time performers: $5,000 – $15,000+/month - Top performers: Unlimited earning potential --- What We’re Looking For - Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable with face-to-face and outbound sales - Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule - Previous sales experience is an asset (not mandatory) --- Work Structure - No fixed hours – you control your schedule - No exclusivity – you may work with other opportunities - You are responsible for your own travel and sales activities --- Training & Support - Initial onboarding and product training - Sales guidance and mentorship - Ongoing support to help you close deals --- Ideal Candidate - Entrepreneurial mindset - Comfortable with performance-based income - Looking to build a long-term sales career or side income --- Location Ontario – GTA, Hamilton, Waterloo Region --- How to Apply Please submit your resume or a brief introduction outlining your interest in commission-based sales. --- Note: This is a performance-driven opportunity.
