I’m setting up a new cargo-trucking venture that will serve SMEs across Penang and Kedah. Who we need? 1. Consultant/Business development professional. 2. Lives and works in either of those states. 3. Solid network of SMEs decision makers and drivers. 4. Solid background in logistics and familiar with cargo trucking operations. 5. Passionate in building relationships and partnerships. 6. Can start immediately when confirmed. 7. Fully committed to market validation exercise for estimated 1 month. What you need to do? 1. Set up face-to-face meetings, draft simple cooperation terms (will be discussed with us), and report progress. 2. Approach and convince any SMEs that need cargo trucking of any kind, to trial our service. 3. Share the contacts of reliable independent truckers and individual fleet owners for collaboration. What are our final expectations? 1. A qualified list of new SME clients and trucker partners contacted, met in person, and moved to “verbal yes” or signed agreement status. 2. A short momentum report outlining next steps so we can seamlessly pick up where you leave off, should we extend or renew the engagement.
