I need a hands-on recruiter who can take full ownership of finding and hiring mid-level professionals for our tele-sales team. Your day-to-day work will include sourcing suitable sales talent, screening and short-listing them, running the first round of interviews, and keeping both the client side and the candidates updated until each position is closed. You set your own hours and work from wherever you like; what matters is delivering the right people on time. Each successful hire unlocks an attractive incentive, and if we enjoy working together there is plenty of room to expand the partnership as our hiring needs grow.
