About the Role We are a growing delivery management software company serving delivery companies that work with online merchants and e-commerce businesses. We are expanding worldwide and are looking for local sales representatives in different countries and cities to represent our system in their home market. Each salesperson will be responsible for selling the delivery management system locally, managing basic client relationships, and acting as the first point of contact after full training. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with a fixed monthly income plus commission. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Promote and sell the delivery management system to local delivery companies serving online merchants • Identify, contact, and close deals with delivery companies in your city or country • Present system features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential clients • Build long-term relationships with delivery companies Account Management • Manage your own client accounts after onboarding • Ensure clients are actively using the system and are satisfied • Act as a trusted local contact for clients Basic Support (After Training) • Provide simple, non-technical support to clients (guidance, usage questions, basic troubleshooting) • Escalate technical issues to the core support team when needed Training & Compliance • Complete full training on the delivery management system • Learn system features, workflows, and common client use cases • Follow company sales guidelines and communication standards ⸻ Compensation & Benefits Fixed Monthly Payment • $250 USD per month (Start after first closed deal) Paid for: • General account management • Simple client support • Ongoing presence in your local market Commission Structure • $100 USD commission for every $1,000 USD in revenue generated Long-Term Opportunity • Ongoing project with long-term growth potential • Opportunity to grow with the company as we expand globally • High performers may access higher commissions, leadership, or regional roles in the future ⸻ Who We Are Looking For Required • Lives in the country/city they will sell in • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Sales, business development, or account management experience (preferred) • Comfortable working remotely and independently • Willing to learn and complete full system training Preferred • Experience in: • Delivery companies • Logistics • E-commerce • SaaS or software sales • Existing local network in delivery or e-commerce businesses ⸻ Work Type • Remote • Flexible working hours • Results-based performance
