I need experienced field sales professionals who can walk into retail stores, build instant rapport with managers or buyers, and place our line of home-goods products on their shelves. You will be the face of our brand in your territory, demonstrating samples, negotiating shelf space, and arranging in-store promotions that move inventory quickly. The role is fully on the road: expect plenty of shop-floor conversations, relationship nurturing, and follow-up visits. A background in retail merchandising or previous work with consumer goods will help you hit the ground running, though what matters most is a proven record of closing deals in person. To keep everything organized you’ll log each visit, contact, and outcome in our cloud CRM; I review those notes weekly so we can unblock anything you need and celebrate the wins. Commissions are uncapped and paid promptly after each confirmed purchase order.
