Because your background is in business-communication translation and you are comfortable with cold calling, I expect you to: • Conduct friendly, conversational discovery calls that still feel professional. • Clarify each prospect’s exact slab, tile, or block requirements, preferred finishes, and target delivery windows. • Position our quarry-to-port workflow, quality control, and existing Russian references convincingly. • Note objections, pricing expectations, and the next agreed action in a brief call report (English). I provide the lead sheet, product catalogue, and a short onboarding on specifications and logistics. You return daily call logs and, whenever possible, warm introductions for my internal sales team to close.
