Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer support, and training staff on sales techniques. The Specialist will focus on identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction by fostering positive interactions and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve business targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and provide exceptional client support Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and managing sales operations Experience in Training team members to improve sales effectiveness and team performance Self-motivation and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Key Roles We are requiring an Agent who can work as Copilot.
