Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Partner – Remote About Us We are a modern web design and development studio delivering high-end, custom digital experiences. As we scale, we are looking for ambitious, self-motivated Sales Partners to help us connect with clients who need premium web solutions. The Opportunity (Uncapped Commission) This is a 100% commission-based, freelance contract role. You will have complete flexibility over your hours, strategies, and geographic targets. Because our project values are high, your earning potential per closed deal is substantial. Commission Rate: [20% to 30%] per successfully closed contract. Payout Structure: Paid out immediately upon client milestones/deposits. Recurring Potential: Commission on ongoing maintenance or retainer contracts secured by you. What You Will Do Lead Generation: Identify and pitch potential clients (SMEs, startups, agencies, e-commerce brands, or local businesses) needing a new website, a redesign, or custom web applications. Outreach: Utilize your own preferred channels—cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, local business meetups, or existing professional networks. Deal Closing: Introduce our modern web design portfolio, understand the client's needs, pitch our capabilities, and close the deal. (Note: We handle 100% of the project discovery, development, client onboarding, and technical delivery once the contract is signed.) What We are Looking For Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in B2B sales, digital agency sales, SaaS, or freelance client acquisition. Industry Familiarity: A solid understanding of the value of modern web design, UI/UX, and basic web development concepts so you can speak confidently with decision-makers. Excellent Communicator: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-Starter: You don’t need micro-management.
