We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMMA Outreach Specialist for our roofing company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling and outreach activities, and booking appointments for our sales team. You will be provided with lead forms and scripts to follow, but you will also need to be creative and resourceful in your outreach efforts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls and outreach activities to potential roofing clients
Follow provided scripts and lead forms to generate leads and book appointments
Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media, to engage with potential clients
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and lead generation efforts
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment booking targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and systems
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the roofing industry and its trends (preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
This is a performance-based role, and you will be paid per booked appointment. The salary range is competitive and will be based on your experience and qualifications. You will also have access to our team chat in Slack, where you can communicate with other team members and receive support as needed.
