Software Sales person cold calling (USA)

I have my software which is at MVP stage I need a salesperson who can do cold calling and find ICP for my product into the United States market, specifically small to mid-sized companies that will value quick adoption but still buy at meaningful volume. You’ll own the entire outbound motion. That means researching decision-makers, picking up the phone, handling objections, booking demos and driving the deal through signature. Email or social outreach can support you, yet your confidence with true cold calling is what will make the first traction possible. Because the product is still evolving, every conversation is also a learning loop for me, so clear feedback on objections and feature requests is as important as the actual closed revenue. I’ll supply product training, a curated list of early-fit industries, and fast turnaround on any technical questions you receive. Deliverables I’ll review each week: • A concise activity report (calls placed, conversations held, demos booked) • Recorded or summarised prospect feedback for the product team • Pipeline status with projected close dates and expected contract values First success milestone: our first signed customer on U.S. soil. After that, commissions scale with ARR and we can enlarge the territory.
