I am in dire need of a Software Sales Representative in a remote role based. The Software Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, identifying customer needs, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing sales accounts. Additional responsibilities include delivering tailored solutions and meeting sales targets while collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with customer requirements. This is a commission-only sales position. Salesperson will be paid upon successful closing of deals and customer payment. Candidates who submit bids must have: • Proficiency in Software Sales and Sales techniques, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets. Strong Lead Generation skills and experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively engaging clients and internal teams. • Experience in Account Management, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Ability to work in a remote setting with effective time management and organizational abilities. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales technologies is a plus. In return, you bring: • A steady flow of qualified meetings you book directly with decision makers in the target sectors. • Closed contracts for new custom-development or consulting engagements. • Weekly pipeline updates so we can forecast and allocate technical resources. Commission is paid as a percentage of the gross project value and is released immediately once the client’s first invoice clears. There is no cap; the more you close, the more you earn. Commission percentage is either an additional amount salesperson adds to developer hourly rate or based on a percentage for fixed-price projects.
