I have developed a self-paced online course for hobbyists and enthusiasts seeking high-quality education in foundational aspects and concepts relating to real estate and alternative asset investing. The content is educational, is my original and exclusive intellectual property, and does not provide regulated financial advice nor does it promise any formal qualifications. I am seeking an experienced, hands-on sales professional to convert this offering into a recurring membership business. This is a direct sales role and you will be responsible for personally engaging prospects and closing monthly or annual memberships. In addition, you will identify and develop compliant commercial or referral relationships that can expand the membership base within your territory. The role includes: Direct outreach to prospective members Closing paid subscriptions Identifying aligned communities, organizations, or partners Establishing repeatable, lawful referral or distribution pathways You will have a high degree of autonomy and flexibility in how you conduct outreach (e.g. calls, video meetings, in-person, referrals), provided activities comply with Freelancer policies and applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Mass email campaigns, unsolicited bulk messaging, or spam-like activity are not required nor approved of. Success will be measured by membership and subscription growth (a) via direct sales and (b) effective channels. Engagement will be on an agreed hourly rate with total reward to include milestone payments, bonuses for outperformance tied to results, and other forms of short and long term reward. The upper level hourly rate is indicative of how the base and "at risk" reward components can combine to create a compelling whole. The top hourly rate may not be achieved or earned each week or ever, but it does reflect the sort of target for total reward from all components of remuneration that I expect a successful operator should aim for. This upper hourly rate is not an invitation to expect that rate will be earned each week for all hours worked but attempts to demonstrate how milestones, bonuses and other reward components can combine to create a rewarding overall package. This opportunity could suit experienced sales professionals who are comfortable owning sales, territorial revenue outcomes, and developing commercial pathways that support growth.
