Tech Consulting Sales Genius Needed

DESCRIPTION We are a boutique tech consulting Company recently starting operations. This is a performance-based role where earnings are tied directly to closed deals. No caps. WHAT YOU WILL BE SELLING Project implementations based on Microsoft technologies for medium to big size businesses. These projects are typically priced between $60,000 and $400,000, and we are willing to provide up to 20% commission. Our services include: • Artificial Intelligence projects (Microsoft Copilot Studio + Foundry). Here we can adapt to other technologies if needed. • ERP implementation, migration, revamping (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain) • Business Applications (Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate) • Data Analytics solutions (Microsoft Power BI, Synapse, or others) COMPENSATION STRUCTURE • Revenue share per closed project. • Paid in two stages: • After client deposit • After project completion WHO IS THIS FOR • Comfortable speaking with business owners and C-level positions. • Specialized in outbound sales, qualifying leads and transforming them into pre-booked sales opportunities. • Self-directed, strong experience. Strong performance-based mindset. • Fluent English speaker. Spanish, German and/or French is a plus.
