Scope of work • Map the addressable market of tech SMBs that match our service profile. • Build and maintain a live pipeline in the CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) with clear stage definitions. • Craft persuasive outreach copy for email and LinkedIn, adjusting tone and value propositions to each prospect’s pain points. • Handle discovery calls, guide prospects through our solution overview, and manage follow-up to move opportunities toward close. • Report weekly on key metrics—leads added, meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals won—so progress is always visible. Deliverables 1. A prospect list of at least 150 verified technology SMB contacts, segmented by sub-industry and size. 2. Outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn) ready to import into the CRM’s automation module. 3. A filled pipeline with a minimum of 20 qualified opportunities by the end of the first month. 4. Signed client agreements or purchase orders representing at least two new accounts to validate acquisition effectiveness. Success will be measured by pipeline volume, conversion rates, and closed revenue rather than sheer outreach volume.
