Strong spoken English or Hindi, a friendly tone, and the ability to think on your feet are essential. You should be comfortable working with basic computer tools to update call logs, track follow-ups, and record lead details. Prior experience in telesales or customer support is definitely an advantage, but motivated freshers with a natural flair for communication are welcome to apply.
