Hi Well, from experience with Salesforce security, the main issue I usually see is regional access looking correct in theory but leaking through role hierarchy or implicit sharing. So the way I’d handle it is by locking Accounts to Private OWD, then using owner- and role-aligned sharing so users get full CRUD only within their region and zero visibility outside it. I’d audit any existing sharing rules and hierarchy effects first, because one leftover rule can undo everything. If Territory Management gives a cleaner boundary without extra automation, I’ll outline that option and only use it if it truly tightens access.
