We have implemented Salesforce for our residential real estate business.
Our weekly reports are produced in a 'raw' salesforce format not in a template that clients expect. Our weekly reports on Mondays should take 3 hours but they take 3 days as salesforce won't format the reports and combine them in the 'click of a button'.
Some of our Salesforce reports will need to be recreated with a different report type so that they can be used in Conga Composer reporting solution. Since the report you're wanting to produce with Conga Composer will be created from a Composer button based on the Project object in Salesforce, the Salesforce reports being referenced in your Composer button URL need to have the Project object included in the report type. This is so that the report can be filtered by the relevant Project record ID (the Salesforce ID of the relevant Project record).
A Conga rep said "Once the reports have been created we can then refer to those reports in your Composer button and then start working on your template".
