SAP FI/CO Digital Transformation Lead -- 2

I am rolling out SAP FI/CO across a multi-site hospital group and need the entire programme steered from blueprint to hyper-care. Twenty user champions are already on board; they now require structured guidance through process design, data migration, integration testing and a clean go-live. Alongside the ERP work, I am driving a finance-wide transformation focused on cost reduction, process automation, improved financial reporting and firm standardisations. This includes building unattended RPA bots for recurring journal uploads, developing Power BI dashboards for real-time KPI tracking, and streamlining month-end close inside a shared-services environment that supports Finance, Accounting and Tax. Your remit covers: securing stakeholder alignment, refining the FI/CO design, supervising ABAP enhancements, running fit-gap workshops with each department, coordinating cut-over tasks and delivering a documented operating model the team can own once hyper-care ends. Key deliverables • Master project plan with agreed milestones • Clean data migration scripts and validation logs • Three live Power BI dashboards fed from SAP • RPA bots deployed and handed over with run-books • End-user training deck plus train-the-trainer session • Post-go-live report showing zero critical defects and a stabilised close cycle under five days Acceptance criteria All Finance, Accounting and Tax processes run in SAP FI/CO without manual work-arounds, automated bots execute successfully, dashboards update on schedule, and the shared-services team confirms readiness to operate independently.
