We are a Recruitment Automation Platform. We do automated telephonic interviews of candidates.
We need help with formulating subjective interview questions and their expected answers catering to interviews for SAP functional modules.
These should be questions that one can ask over telephonic interview and hence should NOT involve coding/writing/remembering long questions. These questions would test for candidate's hands on experience and knowledge of the module and should be such that a candidate can comprehend over a telephone call and respond.
The Functional modules that we would like to get covered are as below, with around 25 questions on each module.: -
Human Resource Management (SAP HRM), also known as Human Resource (HR)
Production Planning (SAP PP)
Material Management (SAP MM)
Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM)
Sales and Distribution (SAP SD)
Project System (SAP PS)
Financial Accounting and Controlling (SAP FICO)
Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
Quality Management (SAP QM)
Also attaching a sample file of a couple of SAP - DW questions. We would need all questions in similar format.
