Design and configure all functionalities in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
Configure different areas of payroll including but not limited to basic pay, wage types,
deductions and taxes, FMLA etc.
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors’ Payroll configuration
Map Business Processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
Participate in weekly customer project team meetings, maintaining “action items” lists.
Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs.
Complete implementation projects within the time allotted, with high levels of customer
success from the business process, and with high levels of customer delight.
Work closely with other module consultants to ensure seamless integrations.
Create and utilize methods for gathering and estimating requirements, documenting
code, maintaining revisions, testing, and developing quality assurance practices.
Draft, edit and validate technical requirements document.
Support project teams in meeting deadlines, resolving concerns and providing updates.
4 – 8 years of experience in design and configuration of SAP HR US/Canada Payroll
2 - 5 years’ experience in Employee Central Payroll
Proficient with payroll schemas and rules
Should have completed at least Three End- End Implementations in SuccessFactors
Employee Central Payroll
THR 81_Employee Central Certification.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Analytical, problem solving and consulting skills.
