PCB Layout Engineer Needed – Manual Routing of Existing 4-Layer PCB I am looking for an experienced PCB layout engineer to complete the manual routing of an existing 4-layer PCB for a portable AI-powered scientific field instrument (spectral reflectance analyzer). The schematic, component selection, BOM, and initial PCB placement have already been completed. The objective is to complete the routing and prepare the board for manufacturing. Scope of Work: - Review the existing schematic and PCB placement. - Complete manual routing of all remaining nets. - Optimize power, ground, and return-current paths. - Route GPS/RF, SPI, I²C, UART, USB-C, and LED driver signals following PCB best practices. - Resolve all DRC errors and ensure the board is fully connected. - Preserve the existing schematic and placement whenever possible; make only minimal placement adjustments if required for successful routing. - Generate manufacturing-ready outputs (Gerbers, drill files, Pick & Place, and updated BOM).
