Project about Skills needed on the Future of Work

I need to develop a course where I'll teach about the skills that will be required on the future of jobs. That is, what habilites people need to know to have a successful career in the short term future (3-5 years). I basically need 1 or 2 pages with the following: - 10-15 essencial skills (brief description of each, just a few lines) - Why it is important that people acquire these skills and according to who/which institutions (2-3 paragraphs) - Present data and statistics on how the future of work will be You will need to do a research on academic papers / books / other materials from respected universities (sources need to be presented). Please don't copy and paste the World Economic Forum research, because I already have this one
